As always in life, offers that are too good to be true should be treated with extreme caution. Needless to say there are rogue agents out there. Make sure you trust the agent who you offer your property for rent to rent. Always remember that any risk they are absorbing for you, they are doing so at a profit and in the buoyant rental market of today, I would argue it is not an attractive option for landlords.
