Incredibly strong rental market at the moment.

Whilst there has been a slow down in demand for HMO accommodation, for pretty much all other landlords rents are rising along with demand. Part of that appears to be being driven by homeowners banking on a subsequent price drop, or maybe "try before you buy". It is certainly interesting to watch these trends develop.
