Mortgages for energy efficient BTL homes.

Initially I loved this idea and I think it is a really progressive idea. Sadly those rates aren't great, and anyone thinking of getting a mortgage at that rate feel free to get in touch and I can point you in the direction of some cheaper providers. I am not a broker, but a simple online search will find much better.
