Private rental market trends

Before the Pandemic this might have been really interesting reading, but sadly all trends running up to the end of 2019 don't carry much significance for me now as clearly, things have changed somewhat dramatically since then.
It is not irrelevant though, as I feel as things return to "normal", whatever was driving these trends may well continue.
