The research carried out in the article below does not surprise me in the slightest. Our clients have seen rental income increase by over 10% in the past 18 months, and even at that rate we have had at least 3 applicants for every property when listed. There is a clear supply issue, making it a great time to invest in a buy to let property in the South West.
